Is it free to send backer survey with PledgeBox?

Yes, there's no upfront fee to use PledgeBox. If you don't collect payment from the backer survey, it is totally free. If you have payment collected, our platform fee is 3% (it don't cover your payment gateway fee).

Can you help setup backer survey for my campaign?

Yes, just let us know. Send us a message.

Do you send anything to my backers?

No, your backers will only receive survey invitations through emails when you send out the backer surveys. PledgeBox has a free backer portal where backers can choose to receive other message from us, but it is totally up to their decision.

Which crowdfunding platform are you working with?

PledgeBox supports both Kickstarter and Indiegogo for now.

How do you keep data secured?

At PledgeBox, we take privacy and data security very seriously. We'll never sell any of your backers' information, and we keep each project's information completely isolated from other projects. Read more about our privacy policy.

Do I have to sell add-ons in the backer survey?

Nope, though it is recommended. Based on our record, over 50% of backers paid for something in the backer survey.
